Gift Voucher T+Cs

Validity Period
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless stated otherwise. Expiry dates cannot be extended. -
Redemption
Vouchers can be redeemed only at Pont Tyweli Glamping and must be used for booking accommodation or extras.
Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, food, or third-party services unless specified. -
Booking Requirements
All stays must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. The voucher code must be applied at the point of booking. Our standard terms and conditions for booking will apply. -
Non-Refundable
Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. -
Lost or Stolen Vouchers
Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers cannot be replaced. Please treat vouchers like cash. -
Part-Use
If the voucher value exceeds the booking cost, any remaining balance will stay on the voucher until the expiry date. No change is given. -
Cancellations
If you cancel a booking made with a voucher, standard cancellation policies apply.
If a refund is due, it will be issued as voucher credit only. -
Promotions & Restrictions
Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with special offers unless explicitly stated. -
Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to refuse a voucher that appears to be copied, altered, or fraudulent.
